3113 Surfers Paradise (3113) is the trading name of Laudet PTY LTD, which has agreements with the Body Corporate as the exclusive on site Letting Agent and the exclusive on site Caretaker of the 6 Orchid Avenue and 3113 Surfers Paradise Boulevard complex.
The majority of owners of the Hilton Residences have signed a Form 6 letting agreement with 3113 to have their apartments managed by 3113 who, in turn, has appointed Hilton to operate this short term letting business.

Connection to the optic fibre network in your apartment is already in place. All you need to do is to contact Pivit for very competitive call rates and broadband pricing. There is no need for a technician neither to attend nor to buy a router unless you wish to network several computers/devices simultaneously. You can be connected the same day as your application is received by Pivit.
An apartment specific telephone number can be allocated by Pivit prior to moving in so that you can notify friends and relatives well in advance.

To further assist, 3113 Surfers Paradise also use contractors who are qualified and knowledgeable of the Hilton infrastructure, machinery and appliances.
