Laudet Pty Ltd, trading as 3113 Surfers Paradise, is the owner of the Residential Management's Rights for the complex. We are your on-site Letting Agent, Sales Agent and Caretaker and we have appointed Hilton as the operator of the short term letting business and hotel operation.
For owners whose apartments are being operated by Hilton you can make your enquiries, receive statements and make bookings to use your apartment through 3113 (not Hilton). For long term rental of apartments you may wish to contact 3113 to discuss our leasing and property management services.

There are conference, meeting and events facilities available which can be booked directly through Hilton. In room dining is also available to both Boulevard and Orchid Towers. The recreation deck includes 3 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, spa and sauna. Also available to residents and guest is the Eforea Spa by Hilton. There are two gyms, a theatre and outdoor BBQ's.
