Each month apartment owners who have appointed 3113 for the short term letting of their apartment, which is operated by Hilton, there will be a statement issued and sent to you by 3113. This statement will set out the receipts for the month, the deductions and any repairs or maintenance in your apartment. You will be able to log in with a password to view all your financial statements and well as end of financial year statement.
