3113 Surfers Paradise (3113), as the on-site Letting Agent and Caretaker, is the point of contact for all apartment owners. For owners whose apartments are being operated by Hilton you need to make your enquiries, receive statements and make booking to use your apartment through 3113 (not Hilton). For long term rental of apartments you may wish to contact 3113 to discuss our leasing and property management services.
